Hyatt Regency Scottsdale will be hoppin’ with an Egg-stra special Easter celebration
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (February 22, 2017) – Easter is right around the corner! On Sunday, April 16, 2017, families are invited to join in Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa’s “egg-cellent” Easter Celebration featuring a brunch buffet in SWB, live music, our “larger-than-life” Easter egg, home to a live bunny, Mr. and Mrs. Cottontail as they “hop” throughout the resort and a very special petting zoo… a delightful way to celebrate this glorious Spring holiday!
Hyatt Regency Scottsdale’s Easter Brunch Buffet will be offering a variety of favorites like Omelets made-to-order, Southwestern Eggs Florentine, Brioche French Toast, Soups and assorted Salads, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels on Half-Shell, Smoked Scottish Salmon with traditional accompaniments, assorted Sushi, Pastas, Bone-In Virginia Ham, Prime Rib of Beef and Whole Fillet of Salmon, Spinach and Roasted Peppers Baked in Brioche from the Carving Station, topped off with a lavish Viennese Dessert Table. And there is even a special children’s buffet!
SWB’s Easter Brunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. $90.00 for Adults, $100.00 with Champagne, $42.50 for Children ages 6-12 and Complimentary for Children 5 and Under. (Prices exclude tax and gratuity.) Alto ristorante e bar will be open 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., serving its dinner menu.
